Questions, answered
Which files can I upload?
CSV, TSV, TXT (tab or comma separated) and Excel .xlsx, up to 15 MB. Exports from Seller Central, Shopify, WooCommerce and feed tools work as they are.
Will it change my other columns?
No. You get the same file back with every original column in place, plus the fixed text, a status, the new length and a list of changes — or the fixed text written straight into the original column if you prefer.
How does it keep my brand and keywords?
Pick a brand column and up to five must-keep columns. Those values are locked: rules never touch them, the AI must keep them, and every result is re-measured before it counts as fixed.
What if a title still doesn’t fit?
You choose: leave it flagged for review, or cut it at the last whole word that fits. Nothing is ever cut in the middle of a word or an emoji.
Is my catalog private?
Files are stored only to process and export your job, visible only to your account, and deleted when you delete the job or your account.
