Is the checker really free?
Yes. Live previews on all 38 screens, rule-based fixes, share links and small bulk files are free, with no card and no trial clock.
What counts as an AI rewrite?
One credit is used when AI actually produces a version that fits — per row, per screen or per language. If the rules alone fix it, or the AI can’t find a fit, no credit is used — misses are free up to your monthly credit count.
Can my team share one plan?
Yes. Agency is $199/month for 5 people on one bill: invite teammates by email, they sign in with their own accounts and share the plan’s AI rewrites, bulk rows and API checks. Only the owner pays and manages billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing (it opens Paddle’s customer portal) and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you charge VAT?
Payments run through Paddle, our merchant of record, which adds VAT or sales tax where it applies. Businesses can enter a VAT number at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — any payment, first or renewal, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. No questions. Details on the refund policy page (/refunds).
